Look out! Here comes the Tooth Fairy
with her helicopter and stun grenades
She abseils down the house
as quiet as a mouse
to pay to take old teeth away

She used to ride on a tear-drop
flying on her own wings
Now there are so many calls
she can't get round them all;
she gets help from mechanical things

Look out! Here comes the Tooth Fairy
Don't let her catch you awake
She'll stun you with a grenade
then she'll hurry away
without your tooth, but with a headache

It's a little known fact that the Tooth Fairy
visits for some weeks before
and wiggles a tooth
until it's quite loose
and it drops plip-plip-plop on the floor

Look out! Here comes the Tooth Fairy
Keep your mouth quite firmly shut
or your grin will be gone
while you tell everyone
why you smile, bravely, gum upon gum

She's got to keep on moving
There's nothing that can hold her
She has to make piles
of all your old smiles
and list every grin, incisor and molar

Look out! Here comes the Tooth Fairy
with her balaclava and grappling hook
She'll be home before dawn
hang her wings on the door
and relax with hot chocolate and a book
