I had a koi carp, just for a pet,
Its constant carping led me to eat it, yet
I knew that I would like a dog
But its doggedness was such a slog
I thought to have a hamster
'Til it was arrested as a gangster
And my camel spat at people
So I juiced it through a needle
I thought a cat would be sublime
But cattiness is just a bind
So I bought myself a goldfish
It was emotionless and cold, which
Stumped me for a rhyme.
